SAMPLING SPONSOR PACKET

How it Works:
You are highly encouraged to decorate your booth space to fit this year’s “Nightmare in Wonderland” theme. All booths include pipe and drape background and side rails, with storage areas available behind booths. Every booth will receive the requested number of 6’ tables with linens (See page 3). Sponsors are responsible for providing serving trays, serving utensils and any and all additional items for your booth. The GSR will provide napkins to all booths for guests.

Fantasies in Chocolate will be presenting the following highly coveted awards to sampling booths as voted on by
attendees!
•Best Chocolate Savory Bite
•Best Chocolate Sweet Treat
•Best Non-Chocolate Sweet Treat
•Best Themed Booth
•Favorite Adult Drink
•Favorite Non-Alcoholic Drink
•Most Creative Drink

Items are not just limited to chocolate... you are welcome to sample anything that may appeal to chocolate connoisseurs,
including breads, meats, cheeses, pastries, fruit, beverages, or any recipe that includes chocolate! We also encourage
conducting culinary demonstrations, which are a great way to attract guests to your sampling booth.

•On-site event exposure for product promotion in front of more than 2,000 affluent event attendees
•Potential to have company logo highlighted in Fantasies in Chocolate social media posts leading up to the event.
•The Fantasies in Chocolate website will feature a listing of all participating Sampling Sponsors with links to their
websites (if applicable)•
Potential radio co-promotion with local radio stations with Sampling Sponsor mentions during ticket giveaways to the
event
•Photo of your 2024 booth in the photo gallery on the Fantasies in Chocolate website after the event
•Tickets for your distribution and promotion (quantity based on your booth size chosen)
•IF you are purchasing other tickets or having to pay for the Temporary Business License and need to pay via check- please download and print the packet below and you can then do it manually and send in the mail. Only use this page if no payment is needed and/or you are using a credit card.
